At Nefertyasia, we do not offer an exchange or return policy under normal circumstances. However, if a faulty or damaged item is delivered to you, you can contact our customer service for assistance. Customers can exchange their faulty order for a different in-stock product or opt for Online Store Credit for the same amount (excluding shipping costs), which can be used later on our website.
Policy Guidelines:
- Complaints regarding faulty articles must be generated within 3 days of delivery. After this timeframe, complaints will not be entertained. To file a complaint, contact our customer care team through social media or email us at nefertyasia15@gmail.com.
- Refunds are only available in very rare cases after a conversation with our customer care team. Refund processing may take up to 15 days.
- Stitched items are not eligible for return or exchange.
