At Nefertyasia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If, upon opening an article, you notice any defects or issues, please email us immediately so we can address the problem promptly.
We have a return policy of 8 days from the date of delivery. Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be eligible for Return or Exchange. If you are dissatisfied with any item you receive, you may request a replacement as long as it meets the following conditions:
- Articles must not have stains, odors (such as body odor or perfume scents), marks, damages, or water stains.
- Product tags must remain intact.
Once the item is retrieved and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:
- For orders paid via credit/debit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited back to the same account.
- Refunds for online payments may take up to 10-15 working days to reflect on your statement.
- Please allow us up to 7 days to process your refund after the goods are received and inspected.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds will only be facilitated for goods purchased directly from Nefertyasia. Items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless the goods received are damaged.
Will shipping charges be refunded?
We offer a full refund for defective items only.
